    Agricultural pests and diseases pose a serious threat to crop yield and quality, making accurate and efficient detection and identification of pests and diseases crucial in agricultural production. In this paper, we propose a comprehensive agricultural pests and diseases dataset, which includes agricultural pest detection dataset, agricultural disease detection dataset, agricultural disease classification dataset, and rice phenotype segmentation dataset. By collecting and curating data from public sources and academic papers, we ensured the diversity and representativeness of the dataset. Rigorous quality control and validation measures were implemented during the data filtering, cleaning, and annotation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the dataset. This dataset can be used for agricultural pest and disease recognition, as well as rice phenotype identification and other agricultural visual tasks. It provides valuable resources for agricultural pest and disease research and contributes to the sustainable development of agricultural production.

    Determination of chilling requirements in Different Cultivation Areas of Sweet Cherry

    Objective The Chilling Requirement (CR) of different varieties of sweet cherries were studied, and the differences in CR of the same varieties of sweet cherries in different regions were compared. Methods From 2021 to 2022, the Utah model, the 7.2°C model and the 0-7.2°C model were applied to the six varieties of sweet cherries cultivated in Huludao City, Liaoning Province, namely Jiahong, Hongdeng, Mingzhu, American Red, Sand Honey Bean and Meizao, as well as Jiangxi The CR of four varieties of sweet cherries cultivated in the Fuzhou region, namely Sand Honey Bean, Mingzhu, Jiahong and Meizao, were estimated. Results For the sweet cherry varieties tested in the Huludao area, the estimated CR of the Utah model ranged from 469 to 564.5 C.U. The estimated CR of the 0-7.2 °C model ranged from 334 to 442 h. The estimated CR range is between 710 and 1218 h; for the sweet cherry varieties tested in Fuzhou, the estimated CR range of the Utah model is between 261.5 and 525 C.U. The estimated CR of the 0-7.2 °C model The estimated CR ranged from 98 to 301 h, and the estimated CR of the 7.2 °C model ranged from 105 to 328 h.     As people living standard enhancement and the awareness of healthy eating, dominated by liquid milk dairy market got rapid development,liquid milk segment category emerge in endlessly,constantly meet people's growing health nutrition demand,but the per capita dairy consumption is low,continues to increase imports of liquid milk is still the main status.In this paper,the development status of liquid milk market in China was analyzed,the reasons for the strong consumption of liquid milk were explored,and the development trend of liquid milk was forecasted. The conclusions are as follows:normal temperature milk still plays a dominant role in liquid milk market due to its low requirements for transportation and storage conditions. However,with the gradual improvement of the construction of national cold chain distribution system,the consumption proportion of low temperature milk will continue to increase and it is expected to become the dominant force in liquid milk market. In the future,we should further tap the consumption potential of township market,reduce the dependence on imported dairy products,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of dairy industry.

    Effective land scale management is crucial for achieving agricultural modernization in China. However, the current landscape is plagued by practical challenges, including the sluggish growth of land transfer and the hindrance of moderate scale management. Jiangsu Province, characterized by its high economic development and a well-established land transfer market, has successfully addressed these issues through innovative approaches such as land readjustment and the establishment of intermediary organizations. The dataset is based on the 2020-2022 China Land Economic Survey (CLES) database, and it has been organized into three datasets comprising 943 plots, 5923 households, and 114 villages, following standardized procedures. The data content includes information on land use and transfer, as well as scale. The empirical evidence provided by this data set offers valuable insights into land transfer and large-scale operation in Jiangsu Province, thereby serving as a reference for government departments in formulating effective policy interventions.

    Incorporating entities of multiple modalities and their semantic relationships on the basis of traditional knowledge graph, multimodal knowledge graph provides important information in the form of text, image and sound. It plays an important role in eliminating ambiguity and supplementing visual knowledge. In recent years, under the background of the rapid development of agricultural informatization and intelligence, knowledge graph technology has attracted extensive attention. In this article, the concepts of knowledge graph and multimodality are introduced in detail. Meanwhile, technical methods such as multimodal representation learning are elaborated from the perspective of graph construction. For the applications of multimodal knowledge graph in agriculture, we focus on the research of agricultural intelligent question answering system, plant diseases and pests’ identification, agricultural product recommendation and so on. At the same time, the challenges in construction and development of agricultural multimodal knowledge graphs are prospected and analyzed.

    After the baptism of COVID-19,people's demand for dairy products has greatly increased,the dairy industry in China shows a rapid development trend in recent years.Bright Dairy,one of the famous dairy enterprises in China,has been strengthening the construction of milk source base, improving the quality of products,increasing the brand penetration rate and improving its sustainable development ability.Sustainable development ability is an important ability index to measure whether an enterprise can survive,develop and profit for a long time which is of great significance to enterprises.Therefore,this paper chose Bright Dairy as the research sample,by constructing the evaluation index system of sustainable development ability of dairy enterprises,analyzed the sustainable development ability of Bright Dairy from multiple perspectives,and found that it had such problems as insufficient profitability and operation ability,limited innovation ability,low brand shaping effect,and then put forward targeted optimization measures that can help improve its sustainable development ability.

    China is a large country of apple production, with many varieties, and the fruit quality characteristics of different apple varieties are very different. The data of apple quality indicators of different varieties are measured and collected to provide a theoretical basis for apple variety breeding, processing and utilization. The data set collected 12 apple varieties from different production areas (Shandong, Liaoning, Hebei, Shanxi), including ‘Jonagin’, ‘Jinguan’, ‘Huahong’, ‘Hanfu’, ‘Guoguang’, ‘Dounan’, ‘Huayue’, ‘Ruixianghong’, ‘Ruiyang’, ‘Ruixue’, ‘Huaqing’, ‘Venus gold’, and sorted out the fruit quality indicators of 12 apple varieties from 2019 to 2021, including hardness, soluble solids, titratable acid, vitamin C, respiratory intensity, ethylene release, bursting power Rupture displacement, rupture work, yield stress, yield work, yield displacement, pulp hardness, pulp work, L* value, a* value, b* value, c* value, h* value, 19 quality indexes in total. The data set collected this time covers the physiological quality, pulp texture, color and other aspects of the fruit, more comprehensively reflects the characteristics of the variety, and the evaluation of the variety can be more authentic and accurate. The establishment and sharing of data sets for quality indicators of different apple varieties can enable the public to more clearly understand the differences in traits among apple varieties, carry out targeted breeding and processing, and screen out varieties with outstanding traits to select regions more suitable for sales.

    Improving the efficiency of agricultural production and optimizing the problems in agricultural production through information technology is crucial for the development of agriculture in China. At present, the development of information technology has generated massive amounts of data, which are mostly distributed on the Internet in fragmented and unstructured forms. Especially in the domain of agriculture, using traditional search engines for information retrieval is difficult to efficiently and accurately obtain valuable agricultural information, often requiring a lot of time and effort to collect and organize secondary data from massive unorganized data. To address the above issues, this paper utilizes web crawler technology to mine data from publicly available agricultural websites. Through automatic or semi-automatic data cleaning, denoising, and other processes, unstructured data are recombined into structured data, which is ultimately stored in the form of a knowledge graph. The dataset for constructing agricultural knowledge graph includes item data for 11 agricultural categories, such as grain crops, cash crops, fruits, vegetables, etc. Specifically, it includes 461 types of grain crops, 2 208 types of cash crops, 1 294 types of fruits, 257 types of vegetables, 118 types of edible fungi, 1 161 types of flowers and trees, 142 types of aquatic products, 113 types of pesticides, 1 605 types of crop diseases and pests, 519 types of veterinary drugs, and 603 types of Chinese herbal medicines, totaling 8 481 subcategories. The agricultural knowledge graph constructed based on this dataset has 90 508 triplets, which can provide basic data support for the development of human-machine interactive intelligent applications such as agricultural knowledge Q&A and recommendation systems. Meanwhile, integrating agricultural knowledge graph into generative large language models can help achieve more efficient and accurate information retrieval and intelligent decision-making in vertical domains.

    This study reviewed the data used in the studies on rural e-commerce in China. The rural e-commerce data are divided into two types of datasets based on the characteristics of targeted e-commerce interventions and agricultural product trading locations. The first dataset includes databases on comprehensive demonstration of e-commerce in rural counties, and Taobao Villages and e-commerce index. The second dataset involves databases on e-commerce of agricultural products, and cross-border e-commerce agrarian products. We presented the data sources, the definition of related indicators, and the time span of each dataset, and analyze the pros and cons of each data in answering the related research topics. This systematic review can be a benchmark for researchers interested in rural e-commerce to understand the data and assess the related studies using these datasets.

    This paper analyzed the connotation,characteristics and role of expanding financial strategy on enterprise development based on the content,types and theories of financial strategy. It took the financial strategy used by Mengniu Dairy in the development period as a case to study Mengniu Dairy's use of expanding financial strategy and the financial risks and benefits arising from the perspectives of financing,investment and dividend distribution. It can be concluded that Mengniu Dairy's accounting strategy is basically in line with the characteristics of expanding financial strategy,and its application enables Mengniu Dairy to control financial risks well,achieve steady growth and sustainable development.

    β-casein is the important nutrient components of casein in cow's milk with genetic polymorphisms,especially A1 and A2 β-casein,which are closely related to human health. This paper reviewed the relationships between the structures and functional properties of A2 β-casein,the digestive properties in different populations and different types of milk β-casein,and discussd the factors affecting human health from the aspect of digestive characteristics,so as to providing references for the development of dairy products with good digestive characteristics for different populations.

    Exploration and Application of Big Data Technology in Pork Price Prediction and Regulation

    China is a country of large hog production and pork consumption. Fluctuations in pork prices directly affect the interests of hog farmers and residents' diets. Prediction of the future trend of pork prices and scientific control of pork prices plays an important and practical role in promoting the stable and healthy operation of hogs and pork industry of China. This article studies the national pork market price trend. Firstly, pork supply prediction model based on the number of live hog and breeding sows is built according to the biological cycle and continuity features of hog production, which can predict pork production in the next 10 months. Secondly, taking advantage of the obvious seasonal cycle fluctuations in pork demand caused by my country's pork consumption habits, the STL time series decomposition method is used to decompose the monthly seasonal fluctuation trend from the pork transaction data to predict the monthly pork demand. Thirdly, based on the law of supply and demand in the pricing model, the relationship model of the pork price and the ratio between pork supply and demand is constructed to predict pork price in the next 10 months and calculate the price of pork supply and demand equilibrium. The relative error of pork price prediction is about 10% by using pork-related data from the Agricultural Products Market Information Platform system of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2022. When the estimated future pork supply and demand deviates, the model can adjust the pork supply by regulating the number of breeding sows, the import volume and the delivery volume, thereby regulating the future pork price trend. This study provides ideas and methods to adjust future pork price trends by adjusting the core factors that affect pork supply. This study aims to assist relevant government departments in properly and timely regulation of pork supply on the basis of scientifically predicting pork supply and demand and future price trends, so as to balance the supply and demand of pork and maintain the price of pork within a reasonable range of balanced supply and demand.
